Dodge challenges Challenger drivers with Dodge Law enforcement

There won't be any monkeying around when you're in a 2015 Dodge Challenger here on Anchorage, AK roads -- at least, not if this patrolling primate has anything to say about it.

Dodge's latest commercial looks at its fully redesigned muscle car icon through the lens of a pretty aggressive ape that apparently has a job in law enforcement. In this new ad campaign, Officer Money and "Detective" Richard Rawlings (of Gas Monkey Garage) are citing Challenger drivers who violate "Dodge Law," which forbids such activities as under-utilizing its available 485 horsepower, eating flaky pastries behind the wheel, wearing yoga pants anywhere in the vicinity of the vehicle and listening to classical music period.

It's a little harsh, we think, but it makes a good point -- with great power comes great responsibility, and there's some significant power in the Challenger, so you better be ready to take some significant responsibility.

You know, not like this guy:

If you'd like to test drive a Challenger to see if you have what it takes to obey Dodge Law, swing by the lot here at Anchorage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Center and we'll toss you the keys to your favorite model.
